Here is the information I got from Google Adsense Forum:

We’re hearing reports that some publishers are having trouble logging in to their AdSense accounts. Our engineers are aware of the issue and are looking into it. You can find more details and updates as they become available on our Known Issues page here: https://www.google.com/adsense/support/bin/answer.py?answer=92365
